Lease rates as low as $2.00 per square foot! Centrally located in upstate New York. Highly motivated owner.

This is known as the Williams Press Building. As a printing plant it closed many years ago.

The building was built in 1929 in a typical Art Deco format that is still being duplicated by new structures because of its enduring appeal.

Needless to say they don’t build them like this anymore. It is a very robust structure. Approximate replacement cost would be at least $25 million dollars, if you could in fact build it again this way.

Major additions to the building were completed in 1940. Additions and upgrades have been added from time to time.

This structure would be an excellent headquarters for any number of companies.

It is a 264,000 square foot warehouse facility centrally located in the Capital of New York State. Approximately 30,000 square feet can be used as office space if desired.

The building stands on 6.5 acre parcel of land located directly next to three primary transportation modes. It is located off Route 787 which connects directly to Routes 90 and 87. There is active rail service and a rail siding. The building is located close to the Port of Albany on the Hudson River.

There are two main floors with varying ceiling heights. Up front, there are two main areas with high ceilings with no obstructive roof supports.
